IEEE Indian Antenna Week Conference is a prestigious event, which is organized in different parts of India on rotation basis every year to boost the dwindling number of Antenna/RF professionals. Previously Antenna weeks were held at places like Puri, Kolkata, Gangtok, Aurangabad, Chandigarh, Ajmeer and Madurai, respectively.

This conference cum workshop is a residential programme which attracts students, faculty members from various academic institutions/engineering colleges, antenna practitioners/researchers, engineers, scientists from R&D organizations and industries and experts. The main objective of this workshop is to bring antenna researchers and practitioners from around the globe from varied institutional settings and with different business cultures on a common platform so as to share and learn from each other. Since it is a residential programme, experts and distinguished academicians and professionals working in various aspects of antenna; analysis, design, fabrication and testing, will share their views, ideas and vision in the conference.

Invited lectures by eminent researchers, tutorials by academic experts and exclusive student research paper presentations are the features of the workshop. In particular, this event provides valuable platform for faculty development for teachers across the country in general and from colleges of the region in particular.

This year the event is organised by DIAT, which is located at picturesque location in cultural capital of Maharashtra; PUNE.
