Call for Papers and Participation | IAW 2016

IEEE AP/MTT Kolkata Chapter in association with Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE), Madurai is organizing the 7th edition of Indian Antenna Week (IAW 2016) during 6 -10, June 2016) at Temple city of Tamilnadu, Madurai. The workshop cum conference also supports the antenna demonstrations, tutorials and industrial presentation by representatives from academia, industries and Govt. Organizations. Unique research papers and industrial papers on the research area are invited for peer review and possible inclusion in the conference proceedings. Research scholars are encouraged to take part in the workshop to present their thesis.

Participation Criteria

Anyone associated with antenna research and development is welcome. Students currently pursuing Ph.D. or Master Degree are encouraged to participate. Participation is on first come first serve basis.

Guideline for authors is available at www.antweek.org and submission deadline is April 20, 2016 . Submit the PDF version of the paper to papers2016@antweek.org. Please ensure that you submit your paper only once. Avoid multiple submission. You will receive an acknowledgement mail from the secretariat within 24 hrs. of your submission.

Author's Information

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for review and consideration for presentation in the conference. Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your paper.

  • Step 1. Please see the IAW Template and check if your first submission is as per the template.
  • Step 2. If so, you may jump to step 4. Otherwise, please prepare your final manuscript following or using the IAW template.
  • Step 3. Kindly limit your paper to 2 /4 pages.
  • Step 4. Please do not use
    • (i) Page number
    • (ii) Any footnote and
    • (ii) Authors title like Prof. /Dr./ Member IEEE etc.
  • Step 5. The paper should be prepared as MS Word Document using Windows Office 2000/2003 or later version AND converted to PDF using standard document to pdf converter.
  • Step 6. Submit the PDF version of the paper to papers2016@antweek.org. Please ensure that you submit your paper only once. Avoid multiple submissions. You will receive an acknowledgement mail from the secretariat within 24 hrs. of your submission
