Call for participation
IEEE AP – MTT Joint Chapter of Kolkata Section, in association with the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh and Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab is happy to announce the 5th Edition of the Indian Antenna Week (IAW) at Hotel J W Marriott, Chandigarh (India) from 26 – 30 May 2014. As in the past, the IEEE Indian Antenna Week 2014 is a residential event in a five star category hotel J W Marriott in the northern part of the country, Chandigarh, that would cover the gamut of antenna technology.
Who Can Attend
Anybody pursuing work in the area of antenna or intend to pursue the work in the field of antenna is eligible. Preference shall be given to young scholar, academician and students.
Paper submission is not compulsory to attend IAW-2014. Industries dealing with antenna and microwave equipment or components are also welcomed.
Registration fees covers
(i) Complete package for 4 nights, 5 days stay in the five star hotel J W Marriott, Chandigarh
(ii) Free Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the said period
(iii) Workshop kits (iv) Permission to attend all workshop sessions, tutorials,
paper presentations, present paper (if accepted by the organizer) and workshop teas and snacks.

Please follow these steps in preparing the Manuscript for IAW 2014.
Step 1 Please see the IAW Template and check if your first submission is as per the template.
Step 2 If so, you may jump to Step 4. Otherwise, please prepare your final manuscript following or using the IAW template.
Step 3 Kindly limit your paper to 4 pages.
Step 4 Please do not use (i) page number (ii) any footnote and (iii) authors title like Prof. /Dr./ Member IEEE etc.
Step 5 The paper should be prepared as MS Word Document using Windows Office 2000/2003 or later version AND converted to PDF using standard document to pdf converter.
Step 6 Submit PDF version of the paper to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that you submit your paper only once. Avoid multiple submissions. You will receive an acknowledgement mail from the secretariat within 24 hrs. of your submission. First author needs to submit a declaration on behalf of all the authors of the said paper for any IPR issue.
